Fall Harvest at Bayview Farmers Market

This Week At The Market... Fall produce, "tons of tomatoes", and summer fruit abounds.

Nancy Mayes... Blue Bay Jewelry
BLUE BAY JEWELRY  Only a couple of weeks left for the regular season but plenty of time for you to buy before the Holidays are upon us.  I have many nice things for sale and always include gift boxes or velvet bags to help with your shopping.  Stop by and check out my new items.

Concorde and Bosc Pears showing up at markets this week! We still have Peaches, that just seems strange.

Gerry and Larry... Tree-Top Baking
This Saturday will be the last time this year we'll be baking:

·         Lemon Dessert Cake: A delicious, moist vanilla cake with a luscious lemon filling inside and on top of the cake. It's topped with a generous amount of our butter streusel which adds another textural layer to a delicious dessert.

·         Mighty Millet: Described by several customers as "the best bread" we bake, this flat round loaf is full of millet seeds and flecked with poppy seeds. It's a rich, moist wonderful bread that makes amazing sandwiches

·         Sonoma Fruit: This is the great fruit-filled loaf we found in Australia earlier this year. Lightly spiced, this whole wheat-spelt bread

Birgit Drake... Mormor's Danish Aebleskiver
Start the morning with a hot cup of Mukilteo Coffee and warm aebleskiver from Mormor's Danish Aebleskiver.
Pam Mitchell... Pam's Place Produce
Now that the weather has cooled the summer crops have slowed way down, but the cool-weather crops have plenty to offer in the way of comfort food, and there’s nothing more comforting than a slow cooker brimming with veggies, filling the house with wonderful aromas when you come home at the end of the day.
Bring your shopping bags, and I’ll see you under the big tree on Saturday at the Bayview Market from 10am to 2pm, and on Sunday (last one this season!) at the Greenbank Market from 11am to 3pm.
