Nancy Mayes... Blue Bay Jewelry
Blue Bay Jewelry This week I will be at the Coupeville Arts Festival in the "Artist in Motion" Section so I won't be at the Bayview market. Come see me next week at Bayview and I will have plenty of "back to school pendants and bracelets" and other things for you to show the folks back home what you bought on your summer vacation. This 7 inch sterling silver wire and zebra jasper bracelet would be great with autumn colors. Let me help you with your jewelry selections. See you this weekend at Coupville or next Saturday at Bayview.
Shirlee Read... The Kitchen Door
Luscious Cherry Pie is featured this week at the booth Pie for Breakfast Lunch and Dinner, along with wild red huckleberries in combination with other fruits and local gooseberries in combination with apples. If you're looking for a savory pie, you will also find quiches and frozen Chicken or Meat pies at this booth, all made entirely from scratch by pie maker, Shirlee Read.
Pam Mitchell... Pam's Place Produce
The maters are finally here, and I’m also bringing Japanese eggplant and sweet bell peppers this week, but come early, because the selection is still limited. For the last three Sundays I’ve been vending at the Greenbank Market, so if you miss me at Bayview, come on up the The Farm and pick up some produce. See you at Bayview or Greenbank (Sunday, 11am to 3pm) this weekend!
Gerry and Larry... Tree-Top Baking
This week we bring back Fromage et Lardons a bacon and Swiss cheese studded loaf... great with first of the season island grown tomatoes. Two new items... Rustic Country Boule a rustic loaf with Wheat, Spelt, Kamut, and Rye, and on the sweeter side Lemon Dessert Cake, a rich lemony cake great topped with fresh berries.
Tiny's Farm is located in East Wenatchee, WA close to the Columbia River in Douglas County in a superb microclimate with weather conditions ideal for growing stone fruit (peaches, plums, nectarines, cherries).
Vicky Brown... Little Brown Farm
Little Brown Farm, the only certified dairy on Whidbey Island, is now certified to sell YOGURT too! The goat milk yogurt is a silky smooth, mild yogurt, perfect with fresh berries, granola (or try with toasted Emmer Farro), honey or in smoothies and recipes!
They still have their full selection of cheeses, from their most popular Caprine Cream Chevre to the aged washed-rind Velvet Rose (named after Vicky's favorite goat). Stop by Little Brown Farm's booth at the market to see what's new at the creamery and sample the delicious results of the "Working Girl's" hard work.
